We are now accepting pork share reservations 
for fall/winter 2024-2025.

 Below is a sample cost calculation for a PORK whole share.*

The size of our pork share varies but here is a sample of one of our past whole shares:

Whole Share Carcass Weight – around 187 lbs x $5.50/lb = $1,028.50

Processing Cost – The processing costs vary a lot and will 100% depend on your personal choices on the cut sheet. Value added items like bacon and hot dogs cost more than having standard cuts processed such as pork chops, ground pork or bulk sausage, and roasts. Processing costs will likely be between $275 and $400 per whole share.

So, in all, your cost would likely be around $1,328.50  for a whole pork share. The finished pork product delivered will vary depending on your choices.

Again, please understand that ALL OF THIS will depend on the finishing of the animal, your choice of cuts, and the butcher’s skill & technique.
